As you may already know, the “MDL” in the Give A Book program is in memory of Mindy D. Laufer, the mom of our program coordinator, Wendy Elover.  Mindy volunteered in the kindergarten classroom at Woodholme Elementary,  and we were thrilled to return to this wonderful school to bring personalized storybooks to the 160 current kindergarten students there.
